Return & Exchange Policy

At Rhino Rave, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
 
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be requested within 4 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are available for size and color issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Returns due to defects or wrong items received will be fully refunded (no restocking fee).

    Important:

  • Make an unboxing video proof when reporting damage or defects.
  • To request an exchange, email us at info@rhinorave.com with the subject line: EXCHANGE.
  • Include the following in your email:
      • Order Number
      • Delivery Address
      • Reason for Exchange
      • Photos of the item + Unboxing Video
  •  Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you promptly.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount.
  • Customized or personalized orders.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling.
2. Restocking Fee:

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • No restocking fee for exchanges (if stock is available).
3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
  • Email us at info@rhinorave.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable courier service.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

 

4. Refunds & Processing Time
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
  • Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
 
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will arrange a free replacement.
